End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Acceptance of Terms
The ownership and operation rights of Baomadi (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") belong to the developer. By using the Software, you agree to accept all the terms of this service agreement.
2. Service Content
The specific service content of the Software is provided according to actual conditions, including but not limited to user registration, login, information publishing, etc. The Software reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate parts or all of the network services at any time.
3. User Information
Users shall provide registration information in good faith. Users are responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided. Users must safeguard their account credentials.
4. User Conduct
Users must comply with local laws and regulations. You must not publish or disseminate any illegal content, including:
- Endangering national security or social stability
- Spreading rumors or disrupting social order
- Content that is obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, or violent
- Insulting or slandering others
- Any other content prohibited by law
5. User Privacy
The Software respects and protects the personal privacy of all users. We will not disclose your personal information to outsiders unless authorized by you or required by law.
6. Disclaimer
The Software does not guarantee that network services will meet user requirements, nor does it guarantee that services will not be interrupted. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
7. Governing Law
The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8. Other Provisions
The Software has the right to modify any content of this agreement at any time. If you do not agree with the modifications, you may stop using the service.
